We collaborated with Guinness Homes to launch the show apartments of their Tolworth location, Signal Park. With Phase One completed, a drive to bring in prospective buyers from the local area and beyond was required to take advantage of the shared ownership scheme in this well-connected area of South London.

The event was preceded by placing strategic copy in ‘what’s on’ columns in local media to spread the word of the show home launch. Pearl Comms organised the entire event, photography, and for attendees who registered interest in the apartments, the chance to enter a raffle to win a Fortnum and Mason spring hamper to encourage sign ups.

Putting on an event of this size with the public required high levels of organisation and the sourcing of suppliers of top-quality products and services to ensure prospective buyers were comfortable and the atmosphere leant itself towards sales discussions. Following the event there was a direct uplift in apartments being reserved and increased footfall to the onsite marketing suite.
