Looking to kickstart your career in PR and comms?
Join the Pearl Comms Academy for a full day of training with the very best PR and comms pros. The day is designed to share loads of industry tips and skills to help you succeed in the world of PR and comms. From understanding what employers are looking for, to how to develop a campaign and more!
All delivered by our wonderfully diverse and fantastically talented team.
WHAT WILL THE DAY LOOK LIKE?
There will be workshops across all areas of the comms mix – media, branding, writing, digital – as well as drop-in sessions with the MD and a chance to grow your network with like-minded people. There will be comms challenges, briefs to answer and a champion crowned at the end for the best contributions.
It’s a non-scary, non-judgemental and a non-lazy sort of day.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
There’s a role for everyone in PR and comms, whether that’s leading the charge or supporting behind the scenes – and it’s the same for the Pearl Comms Academy. We’re looking for a diverse group of individuals to join us.
Whether you’re a university student, graduate or would like to switch careers and have no comms training or experience whatsoever, or if you’re simply interested in taking your first step into PR and comms, we want to hear from you.

The Pearl Comms Academy will take place on 9th April between 10am and 4pm at our office in Alpha Tower, Birmingham.
