SPARKING CONVERSATION WITH BESPOKE VIDEO CONTENT
To mark International Women’s Day 2024, we helped leading European intellectual property firm, Withers & Rogers, celebrate its female patent and trade mark attorneys. The firm wanted a unique way of sparking conversation around diversity in the IP sector, showcasing that the business lives and breathes gender equality every single day.
We recommended creating a short but powerful two-minute animated video, to be posted on Withers & Rogers’ LinkedIn channel to instantly grab scrollers’ attention and cut through the social media crowds.
The firm’s choice to use video was an important chance to diversify social media content, showcase female talent and the breadth of their cross-sector expertise.
Featuring eight trade mark and patent attorneys, the video celebrated their achievements and gave them a platform to discuss the industry topics most important to them. These included: the significance of diversity and inclusion in business, the role of diverse leadership in effective problem-solving and supporting more women into STEM careers.
Our design team collaborated closely with Withers & Rogers’ marketing team to ensure the video perfectly aligned with the firm’s brand guidelines and had the right tone and feel. A creative approach to using the firm’s secondary colour palette made the video dynamic and memorable, while still embodying the Withers & Rogers identity.
The results spoke for themselves – the post attracted over 250 engagements on LinkedIn and is one of the most liked on the firm’s feed this year.
